2. Description of Service
Socialpave is a social media management platform that allows users to connect, manage, and analyze their social media accounts from a single dashboard. Our services include, but are not limited to, content scheduling, analytics reporting, and team collaboration tools.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

5. Social Media Platforms
Socialpave is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any third-party social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.). Your use of our Service is also governed by the terms of service of each social media platform you connect. You must not violate these terms in your use of Socialpave.
6. Paid Subscriptions
- Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Changes to Plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Socialpave Inc. and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary material without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SERVICE OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
